I have spent my career making complex systems understandable.
The system I became most interested in was the one we live inside.
The question became personal.
My background began in Life Sciences, where I graduated at the top of my class, before my career moved into technology, business and building complex systems. Years later, after a profound personal loss in 2015, my attention returned to human health with a different urgency.
I kept coming back to one question: what if the body is responding to a threat that is no longer there?
That question eventually became the NeuraGrip framework and the book YOU ARE NEURAGRIPPED.
I am not interested in making biology sound simple. I am interested in making it understandable enough to use.
From biology to systems
My work now sits at the intersection of human biology, data and technology. Through MI.BO., I am interested in non-invasive measurement, longitudinal personal baselines and the challenge of turning heterogeneous signals into useful context without pretending uncertainty has disappeared.
I later completed professional education in Nutrition Science through Stanford Medicine, adding formal study to a much broader process of returning to health science.
Founder. Inventor. Author.
Those roles are connected by the same principle: Complex Made Simple.
AseemGupta.me is where I write in my own voice. NeuraGripped.com is the evidence-led home of the book and framework. MI.BO.life is the technology and bio-intelligence surface. MIBOSelfie.com focuses on accessible camera-based wellness measurement.
The sites are deliberately distinct. Together they describe the same work from different angles.
